NOISE SURVEYS

We provide Noise Survey services to industry. Our noise survey assessments have assisted our clients to maintain compliance with OSHA noise monitoring requirements.

There are two types of noise surveys offered: Area Measurements or Personal Noise Dosimetry. 

Area Measurements are obtained in employee work areas. These instantaneous readings are organized by department in the final report. Noise level mapping of your facility may be utilized. 

Personal Noise Dosimetry readings are obtained on selected job classifications. Definitive time weighted average (TWA) exposures are obtained by employees wearing the monitors while performing their normal activities. Ten dosimeters will be utilized per survey day.

A Final Report is prepared after review of all collected data. The report includes the methodology of the survey and a summary table of both the area and personal dosimetry measurements.
