FIELD SERVICE VISIT AND AUDIOMETRIC TESTING SERVICES

Evaluation of the overall Hearing Conservation Program with recommendations as needed to initiate and/or maintain the program consistent with OSHA requirements, management policies and professional standards. 
An Exhaustive Audiometer Calibration check and an octave band analysis of the background sound levels within the test booth.
A facility walk through, as practical, to observe hearing protection areas, posting and hearing protection use.
A Hearing Conservation Program "Status Report" complete with surveyor activities, observations and recommendations is returned to the facility. 
Can also provide Audiometric Testing and Hearing Conservation Training.
